Filipino Pastry Friday - Baking Workshop Edition July 11 (Friday)
Filipino Pastry Friday Full-Day Baking Workshop | 5.5 hours
It’s finally here! A baking workshop that brings back the breads so many of us grew up with. Spend a day baking, learning, and sharing stories as we celebrate Filipino flavors and traditions.
For me, sustainability is also about teaching and sharing these recipes so they don’t get lost over time. Passing down the knowledge and techniques keeps these breads alive, so that more people can enjoy them, bake them, and share them too. There’s something powerful in knowing how to make the breads that connect us to home and to each other.
